Full Home Inspection

A full home inspection is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom evaluation of a property's condition, usually performed when a home is being bought or sold. It’s done by a licensed home inspector and covers nearly every visible and accessible area of the house.

What It Includes:

  1. Structural Components

    • Foundation, walls, ceilings, floors, roof framing

    • Signs of settling, cracks, or structural damage

  2. Roof

    • Condition of shingles, flashing, gutters, vents

    • Estimated remaining life and evidence of leaks

  3. Exterior

    • Siding, windows, doors, walkways, decks, grading, drainage

  4. Interior

    • Walls, ceilings, floors, stairs, railings, doors, windows

  5. Plumbing System

    • Pipes, fixtures, water heater, drains, and visible leaks

  6. Electrical System

    • Outlets, switches, service panel, breakers, wiring type

  7. Heating and Cooling Systems (HVAC)

    • Age, operation, condition, and any visible issues

  8. Insulation & Ventilation

    • Attics, crawlspaces, exhaust fans, insulation levels

  9. Appliances
    Basic operation of installed kitchen appliances (e.g., oven, dishwasher)
